Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All electronic items will be checked for physical, software, or internal damage.

Please go to the Return Portal and follow the steps to request your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items returned without a “Return Authorization” will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue.
